Yes. Chirro subscriptions are completely flexible—no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. If you cancel during the 15-day free trial, you’ll keep full access until the trial ends and won’t be charged. If you cancel after your first payment, your benefits will continue through the end of the billing cycle.

Will I be charged during the free trial?

No. The 15-day free trial gives you full access to every feature—AI species recognition, real-time alerts, visit history, and intruder protection—without any charge. We’ll notify you before the trial ends. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before day 15 and you won’t pay a dime. If you do nothing, your plan will automatically continue at just $3.99/month.

Once the subscription is active, every shared user automatically gets the same premium features—no extra purchase required. The main account can add or remove shared users at any time.
